At Petal to Paper, each item is thoughtfully personalised and made to order.
Personalised Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@petaltopaper.co.za
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Personalised Items
Unused, non-personalised items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
