By placing an order with Petal to Paper, you’re agreeing to the below. Nothing scary — just the practical stuff that helps everything run smoothly.
We may update these terms from time to time as our little business grows.
Orders & Payment
- Full payment is required before we begin making your order.
- Production time starts once payment reflects.
- For custom designs, we’ll only begin once you’ve approved the final artwork.
- Please double-check spelling, names, dates and details before submitting your order
- we copy exactly what you send us.
We can’t take responsibility for customer-submitted errors, so please check carefully
Personalised & Custom Items
Almost everything we make is created especially for you.
Because of this:
- Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
Each item is handmade with care, so slight variations are part of the charm.
Production Times
- Standard personalised items: 1–3 working days
- Bulk, event or corporate orders: 3–7 working days (this could be slightly longer depending on supplier timelines, but this will be clearly discussed with you)
During busy seasons (back-to-school, weddings, festive season), turnaround times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always communicate if that’s the case.
Delivery
We currently ship nationwide via PUDO locker-to-locker.
- Delivery times are managed by PUDO.
- Once your parcel has been dispatched, courier delays are unfortunately out of our control.
- Please make sure you select the correct locker location at checkout.
Tracking details will be sent to you once your order is on its way.
Collection
Collection is available in Brackenfell, Western Cape.
- You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready.
- Please arrange collection within 3 days of being notified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Include:
- Clear photos
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
We’ll assess the situation and make it right where applicable.
Returns
Because most items are personalised, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Non-personalised items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All designs, images and content belong to Petal to Paper and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
