Quotations

All wholesale and bulk orders are quoted individually to ensure accurate pricing based on your quantity and customisation needs.

- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

- Pricing may change after the validity period.

We recommend confirming your order as soon as possible to secure your pricing and production slot.

Minimum Quantities

Some wholesale and branded corporate items require minimum order quantities.

These will always be clearly outlined in your quote before you proceed.

Payment Terms

To secure your order and production space:

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all wholesale and corporate orders.

- The remaining balance must be settled before production begins or before dispatch (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Production slots are only reserved once the deposit has been received.

Production Timelines

Production timelines are confirmed once your order is approved.

Turnaround time will depend on:

- Quantity

- Level of customisation

- Current production capacity

We’ll always communicate realistic timelines upfront — especially if you’re working toward an event date.

Artwork & Branding

Final artwork approval is required before production begins.

Please check all spelling, layout and details carefully before approving — once approved, we cannot take responsibility for errors.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been sourced or production has begun.

Due to the customised nature of branded items, wholesale and corporate orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
