Every order at Petal to Paper is made with care and attention to detail. As a personalised stationery business, most of our items are made to order — just for you.

Production Time

Standard personalised items:
3–7 working days from payment confirmation.

Bulk, event or corporate orders:
7–14 working days depending on quantity and complexity. This timeline might vary depending of quantity need and supplier timelines.

If you have a specific deadline, please email us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Production begins once payment is received and, where applicable, artwork has been approved.

Delivery Options

PUDO Locker-to-Locker

We currently ship nationwide via PUDO.

- Delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 working days

- You will receive a tracking SMS/email once your parcel is on its way

- Please ensure your selected locker location is correct at checkout or your address for locker to door is updated and correct

Kindly note that delivery timelines are managed by PUDO and may vary during peak periods.

Local Collection – Brackenfell

Collection is available in Brackenfell, Western Cape.

- You will be notified once your order is ready for collection

- Collection details will be sent via email

- Please arrange collection within 3 days of notification
